Elementary Online Course: Registration

How do I register?
To enroll in the 1-3 USU credit course, Food Land & People (EDUC 5560 or ASTE 6400), you must first attend the On-site Orientation. (Click on a date below to register for the On-site Orientation.) During the orientation you will receive instruction about course content, teaching strategies, and credit requirements. Upon completion of the orientation teachers will and earn 3-hours of licensure points and receive a certificate or teachers may enroll in the online course where the 3-hours are applied to the course requirements. Teachers decide how much credit they would like to earn in the course. Teachers have one year to complete the course. Teachers must register one week prior to the Orientation. The On-site Orientation fee is $10. Orientation and online course fees are nonrefundable. (See fees for EDUC 5560 and ASTE 6400).

Host Orientation Workshop
Please contact us if you would like to host the On-site Orientation (minimum of ten teachers) and we will try to accommodate your request and schedule a session at your school.

Technical problem?
If you are using your school computer to register and you cannot access the registration page, (some schools have firewalls that keep school computers from accessing secured websites) use another computer, not part of the school computing system. If you are still having difficulty registering, please contact Debra Spielmaker at 435.213.5562 or debra.spielmaker@usu.edu.
